Booking Appointments
- Appointments can be scheduled by calling us at 914-414-4698, emailing contact@aseellaserlounge.com, or through our online booking system.
- A valid credit card may be required to reserve your appointment. No charges will be made unless our cancellation policy is violated.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure adequate time and quality of care for all clients.
